11 Months Old

Well....looks like we are in the home stretch of Jackson's first year of life. I absolutely cannot believe how fast this first year is going by. My little guy is still the best baby in the world. I hate to brag, but he is so good and so happy all of the time. He is such a loving little boy, always giving me his big open-mouth kisses....my favorites!! He is always smiling and constantly talking which is so exciting. He is trying to say "uh-oh" and "no" and also starting to wave bye bye. I also have realized that he understands me when I tell him "no", usually when he is headed for the dog food or trying to pull his monkey nightlight out of the outlet. He looks at me with the most obnoxious smile, but he does stop. He has three bottom teeth and the largest appetite ever...I guess that is what you get with a boy in the house. He has started cruising a little and letting go to try and stand on his own. I don't think he will be walking by his first birthday but you never know. I am starting to think of him as a little boy now and not a baby anymore (tears). I cannot wait to see what this next month will bring but I know one thing's for sure....I could not love anyone or anything more than my sweet little boy!!
